Refund Policy

8-Week Program (one-time $54)

Because each program is manually reviewed and delivered as personalised content, we handle refunds case-by-case:

• Before your profile is submitted: full refund, no questions asked.
• After profile submitted, before delivery: full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.
• After the program has been delivered: no refund, but if the program materially misses the mark for your position, equipment, or injury history, we'll rebuild it at no additional cost.

Performance+ ($20/month)

You can cancel Performance+ at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current period; we do not pro-rate the current month. Refunds for the current month are considered on request.

How to request a refund

Email coach@trylineperformance.com from the address on your account. Include your order date and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
