Terms of Service — Tryline Performance

1. Who we are

Tryline Performance ("we", "us") is an online strength & conditioning coaching service for rugby players, operated by Oskar Robertsson. Contact: coach@trylineperformance.com.

2. What you're buying

An individualized 8-week rugby-specific strength & conditioning program based on the profile you submit, reviewed by a qualified coach, and delivered by email within 48 hours of a completed profile. Optional Performance+ is a monthly subscription that renews your program with a fresh 8-week block and coach check-in.

3. Not medical advice

Programs are educational strength & conditioning content. They are not medical advice, physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, or diagnosis. You are responsible for consulting a qualified physician before beginning any training program, and for stopping and seeking medical attention if you experience pain, injury, or unusual symptoms. You train at your own risk.

4. Honest information

You agree that the information you provide in your profile (age, training history, injuries, equipment access, playing level, medical status) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Programs built on inaccurate information may be unsafe.

5. Under-18 athletes

Athletes under 18 require verified parent or guardian consent before we deliver a program. We collect a guardian name, email, and a typed signature on a signed consent link before programming begins.

6. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

Programs, exercise selection logic, coaching notes and written content are our intellectual property. You may use your program personally; you may not resell it, publish it, or distribute it to teammates or other coaches without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any user for abusive conduct, fraudulent payment, or misuse of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
