The proof
Every program is written for a specific athlete, built on principles that work for that position, and read through by a coach before it goes out. Here's how — and what the players who've done it have said.
The method
Four stages. Same for every athlete.
50+ questions on position, playing style, injuries, equipment and training age. The questions change based on your answers, so nothing gets a generic answer.
There are 15 positions on the pitch and each has its own coaching identity, priorities and non-negotiables. A prop and a fullback should not be training the same way.
The eight-week block is built out from your profile: strength, power, contact work and conditioning, sequenced across the eight weeks.
Oskar reads every program and makes edits before it's sent. Nothing goes out unread.
Non-negotiables
Regardless of position, level or goal — these don't move.
The program is built to change how you play — speed, power, contact — not how you look.
Two players at the same position rarely need the same program. Yours is built from your answers.
The structure is done systematically. A coach makes the final call and edits before it goes out.
If a movement isn't right for your history, it comes out and gets replaced — not just made lighter.
The coach
Founder of Tryline Performance. Rugby player, strength & conditioning coach, and the person who reads every program before it's sent.
